Responsibilities

  • Use data visualization tools to communicate insights and results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure its quality and suitability for analysis.
  • Explore and evaluate new machine learning algorithms and approaches to improve model performance.
  • Participate in end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in data science or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, supervised and unsupervised learning, and statistical methods.
  • Experience with natural language processing techniques for text analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to clean, preprocess, and analyze complex, large-scale datasets.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in BFSI domain is a plus.
