Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external systems, to create comprehensive BI solutions.
  • Optimize BI solutions for performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Implement data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformations as required for BI projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within BI solutions.
  • Conduct user training and provide support for BI tools and applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI development roles, with a strong focus on Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles, best practices, and design techniques.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., DAX, MDX) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and database management systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
